The hiring outlook is cautiously optimistic in the Quinte region.
That according to the world’s third largest staffing firm Manpower Group.
In its latest Employment Outlook Survey, Manpower reports 5% of responding employers plan to hire in the fourth quarter of the year however another 5% anticipate cutbacks.
About 4% of respondents weren’t sure what they would do.
Nationally, 12% percent of employers surveyed expect to hire while 9% anticipate reducing staff.
