Belleville police have arrested and charged a man in relation to an earlier assault.
Twenty-five-year-old Kyle Mackenzie-Baker of Belleville was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of assault stemming from an incident on Church Street at 9 p.m. on September 1.
He was released on an undertaking with a court date of October 1.
