A jovial Belleville Transit driver was honoured by Belleville City council on his retirement.
Eric Tugnette retired after 17 years of driving at the age of 66.
He was described as a man with a ready smile.
Councillor Garnet Thompson said Tugnette managed to smile even when having abuse hurled at him as an umpire in local ball games.
