One person was injured after a two-vehicle collision in Belleville’s east end yesterday (Monday) afternoon.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Queen Street and Bleecker Avenue around 2 o’clock.
Both vehicles suffered considerable damage and one person was taken to Belleville General Hospital for treatment.
A person from Belleville was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign.
Meanwhile earlier in the day, two young people from the Toronto area were arrested in the west park area of Belleville after residents complained about two drivers causing issues in the neighbourhood. Both face drug charges involving cocaine and fentanyl.
