Belleville Police Service responded to 67 calls for service from June 25, 2020 at 5 a.m. to June 26, 2020 at 5 a.m.
Break and Enter
On June 25, 2020 at 12:30 p.m., police were called to a Moira St. W. address with regards to a report that the resident returned home to find a female inside her apartment. Upon police arrival 40-year-old Belleville resident Amanda Sleeper was arrested and taken to The Belleville Police Service. Sleeper was later released on an undertaking on charges of break and enter, theft and breach of probation. She was given an August 20 court date to answer to the charges.
