The suspect wanted after reports of gunshots and fires in the tiny village of Parham north of Kingston Sunday night has been arrested without incident.
A residence and church were burned to the ground. There were minor injuries to one person.
OPP were looking for 42-year-old Brian Mosher of Central Frontenac for several hours after the incidents occurred at around 8:30.
A suspect was arrested just south of Parham around 7:30 this morning (Monday).
