A 20-year-old from Quebec is facing some stiff charges following a driving complaint.
Northumberland OPP report on the morning of January 31, a beige Honda SUV was being driven in an aggressive manner and unable to maintain a marked lane while on the westbound 401.
Officers pulled the vehicle over in Port Hope and charged Thomas LaFlamme with operation while impaired, driving with an open container of liquor and young driver with a blood alcohol concentration above zero.
He will appear in Cobourg court in March to answer the charges.
