A Kingston resident is facing multiple charges for his role in the theft of various construction equipment.
The Lennox and Addington OPP Community Street Crime Unit initiated an investigation after a report of a recovered stolen vehicle in Newburgh on January 2.
A search warrant was executed on a commercial property in Camden East in Stone Mills Township, leading to the seizure of construction equipment worth over $600,000.
Kyle Spinney of Kingston is charged with six counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000 and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.
The 32-year-old was held in custody and attended a bail hearing in Napanee court on Monday.
The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the OPP Regional Support Team (RST) Auto theft unit.
