Staff at Collins Bay Institution have intercepted two packages containing thousands of dollars worth of contraband.
Corrections Officers found one package on the perimeter of the Kingston prison and one in the yard.
The first package contained about 110 grams of marijuana and 43 grams of tobacco, while the other had about 48 grams of tobacco, 133 grams of marijuana and about 42 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
The combined institutional value of both packages is $28,000.
The Correctional Service of Canada, institutional staff and OPP are all investigating.
