A Lindsay man has been charged after a pedestrian was hit by a van in Prince Edward County yesterday.
Prince Edward OPP got numerous calls about the incident, around 9:30 a.m. in the parking lot of No Frills on Loyalist Parkway, in Hallowell Ward.
Investigators say it was the result of a road rage incident that happened just before the 38-year-old man was hit and the suspect vehicle drove away from the scene.
The victim declined medical attention after suffering minor injuries and the suspect vehicle was located at a construction site on Treasure Cove Lane in Athol later in the day.
Thirty-five-year-old Jason Tarso is charged with dangerous driving and will appear in court in September.
