An inmate convicted of second degree murder in the late 1990s has died at Millhaven Institution.
Prison officials say 64-year-old Winston Malcolm died in custody today.
The cause of death wasn’t released but Correctional Service of Canada will be reviewing the circumstances.
Malcolm had been in custody since April 10, 1997.
