Complaints of an erratic driver on the eastbound Highway 401 have led to charges of impaired driving.
The complaints came in just after 4:00 this morning, after a blue Dodge van was seen swerving all over the road and allegedly almost hitting other cars, west of Cobourg.
Police stopped the van east of Nagle Road and arrested 67 year-old Triantafyl Papaioannou from Trent Hills.
He was charged with impaired driving and released with an August 7 court date.
Meanwhile, Northumberland OPP are looking for information on suspects after locating a stolen vehicle.
The red 2015 Chevy Silverado pickup truck was taken from a home on 13th Line East, in Trent Hills around 8:00 p.m. this past Tuesday, after the owner left the keys inside and the truck unlocked.
The truck was located at a hotel in Marmora around 10:30 the same night after investigators used information from its GPS tracking unit.
