An arrest warrant has been issued in connection with a stabbing in downtown Belleville on Sunday.
City Police were called to the incident outside a bar, late in the evening, with the victim being stabbed several times and sent to Kingston General Hospital for treatment of serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have issued a warrant for 30-year-old Tyler McCourt Egan of Belleville, with charges including aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm.
He’s described as white, 5’11” and 150 pounds, with a thin build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
