A grandmother from Frankford has cashed in on a $250,000 lotto prize.
Evelyn Paro won the top prize on the Instant $250 Grand Game, discovering her big payout while she was out with her daughter and granddaughter recently.
The 63-year-old mother of three has three grandkids and says she wants to use the money to take a trip to Nova Scotia to see the ocean, buy a car and will save the rest.
She bought the ticket at the Oasis Grocery & Gas Bar on Riverside Parkway in Frankford.
