A Roseneath man is facing charges after a driver was clocked going over the limit in Cobourg.
Sunday, Cobourg Police were doing traffic enforcement at Elgin and Chipping Park Boulevard, when they nabbed a driver doing 117 in a 50 zone.
Thirty-nine-year-old Richard Anderson is charged with stunt driving and not having an insurance card.
The vehicle and licence were suspended for one week.
