A local wireless phone dealer is stepping up to help support an educational program at Belleville’s Children’s Safety Village.
D2 Wireless is donating a Telus cell phone data plan worth $1,500 to the Safety Village along with various resources through the Telus Wise program, which can help people of all ages with various tips to staying safe and avoiding fraud online.
Safety Village Communications Coordinator Matt Richardson says the partnership will allow them to offer a state-of-the-art, interactive internet safety program.
