Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency services responded to an all-terrain vehicle collision at approximately 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2019.
The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Daniel Legacy (age 29) of Asphodel-Norwood Township, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
- Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus
- Operation while impaired-alcohol and drugs
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on April 17, 2019.
