Wellington pharmacy makes five year commitment to new hospital

The new hospital build in Prince Edward County is getting some support from a local pharmacy.

Christa Smith and Gail Wilson of Wellington’s PharmaCare have made a five-year commitment to the PEC Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Back the Build campaign, worth $10,000.

The stage two plan for the new hospital has been completed and is awaiting approval from Quinte Health Care and the South East LHIN, before being submitted to the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
