Three schools in Prince Edward County are closing early again today because of the weather.
The Hastings and Prince Edward School Board has decided to close Athol-South Marysburgh Public School, C.M.L. Snider School and Prince Edward Collegiate Institute after Environment Canada issued a snow squall warning for parts of The County today.
Parents and guardians are being contacted and are being asked to pick up their children as soon as possible.
Board spokesperson Kerry Donnell says school staff will remain on site until all students are picked up and that all other schools in Prince Edward County remain open.
