OPP have identified a Warkworth man as the victim of a fatal car vs pedestrian crash on Highway 115, near Peterborough, last night.
Emergency personnel were called to the southbound lanes, near County Road 10, around 8:20 p.m.
The southbound vehicle hit the man, who was walking along the roadway and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Twenty-eight- year-old Justen Perritt was killed, while the driver of the vehicle wasn’t injuried and as of yet, no charges have been laid.
Police say the investigation is continuing.
