The woman at the centre of a case involving roaming horses in Tyendinaga Township has had her charges withdrawn.
Seventy-year-old Charlotte Bright entered a peace bond in Napanee Court Monday.
The charges were withdrawn after Bright entered into a $500 peace bond.
Bright had been charged in May 2018 after multiple horses were found to be running loose in the area of Blessington and Weese Roads.
The OSPCA and OPP both investigated and found improper fencing to be the reason the horses were running wild.
