Belleville Council meets Monday afternoon, with a number of deputations before the horseshoe.
Donna Endicott and Frank Rockett with the Quinte Humane Society will be before council to talk about the proposed new build.
Last week Rockett asked Prince Edward County council for $250,000 for the proposed $10 million site.
It is expected a similar ask will be before Belleville.
Chad Guziewicz is going to talk about a proposed bike path off Meagher Place, which is just off Avondale Road, north of the Greek Hall.
Lisa Anne Chatten will discuss January as Crime Stoppers month, while Jeff Moorhouse will provide information about the CFB Trenton Pond Hockey Classic.
Council meets at 4 p.m. Monday afternoon in council chambers.
