A man from the Quinte area has been acquitted of sexual assault charges dating back to 2016.
In July that year, Belleville Police were called to an apartment building, where then 54-year-old William Bond was charged with sexual assault.
In October 2018, a judge acquitted Bond of the charges against him.

A Belleville man has been charged, after a sex assault complaint in the east end Wednesday.
City police were called to an apartment building, where 54-year-old William Bond was charged with sexual assault.
Bond has a bail hearing Thursday.
The Criminal Investigations Branch says additional charges may be laid.
