A Belleville man faces several charges after police conducted a traffic stop early today (Monday).
Officers spotted a man wanted for breaching conditions driving on Moira Street West at 12:30 this morning.
His vehicle was stopped and he was arrested. A search of the vehicle turned up some methamphetamine and a conducted energy weapon, commonly known as a taser.
Tyler Rheaume was charged with breaching an undertaking, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of illegal drugs, and 2 counts of possession of a weapon while prohibited.
He appears for a bail hearing today.
