Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee is recommending council give its approval to draft plans for two new subdivisions in the city.
One involves Klemencic homes and would have 55 houses east of Wooler Road along Orchard Lane between Highway 401 and Telephone Road.
The other subdivision would be headed up by Staikos homes and features 105 houses to be built on the east side of 2nd Dug Hill Road near Walmart.
Meanwhile the committee also recommended approval of a rezoning at 121 Stockdale Road near Highway 401 to allow a commercial mini-storage facilities.
