The City of Belleville is getting set to approve changes to bike lanes throughout the city.

Proposed locations for bike lanes (City of Belleville)
There were some concerns and changes to original proposals, which had lanes on Station Street from Cannifton Road to Farley Avenue, however traffic volume brought this proposal back to the drawing board.
Some complaints over the bike lane proposals included the loss of parking spots.
Council needs to re-open the bylaw to remove some parking spots.

Belleville Council will pore over the proposal Monday at Council at 4 p.m.
