Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee is recommending council approve allowing a developer to start building phase 1 of a new subdivision in Frankford.
Hilden Homes has satisfied all planning requirements for phase 1, which would feature 44 houses and some townhouses.
The Antonia Heights West development is off of Huffman Road in Frankford.
When finished, the subdivision would have 89 houses plus townhouses.
