The final stage of Belleville’s Downtown Revitalization project could get underway on March first.
Director of Engineering Rod Bovay says the start date hasn’t been officially confirmed but that’s what he’s “shooting for.”
This is Phase 3-A of the street reconstruction in the downtown.
Bovay expects it to be completed by the end of October this year.
