Celebrations are underway at the Shorlines Casino Belleville Thursday as the facility celebrates one year of operations in the city.
In the last 365 days, the casino has seen more than one million guests go through its doors and Great Canadian Gaming’s Andy Lacroix says a number of factors have been part of the casino’s early success.
Lacroix added that the support of local municipal leaders and the public is the other main reason the facility has been so successful to this point and, over the last year, the casino has been able to give back a large amount of money to the community.
He says with things going as well as they have, no major changes are in the works, but the casino will make some subtle improvements to enhance the guest experience moving forward.
