Disgusting behaviour led to more charges against a man already on probation yesterday in Belleville.
City police arrested a 26-year-old Belleville man in the downtown around 6:30 after an assault complaint at a residence on Benjamin Street.
It’s alleged the man had spat on a woman. He had already been ordered to not have any contact with the woman.
The man was charged with assault and two counts of breach of probation.
