Quinte News has learned the name of the man critically injured in a Christmas morning fire in Trenton.
According to his family, the man who suffered burns to most of his body is 46-year-old Jason Schwager.
He is in the burn unit at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto and is on life support.
The fire occurred in one of four apartments in a building on Trenton’s King Street.
Careless smoking is believed to have been the cause.
