The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation has been given a sizeable donation today.
GORE Mutual and Whitley Insurance and Financial Services have presented a cheque for a combined $10,000 to Hospital Foundation Chair Phil Wild.
The money will go towards the foundation’s annual fundraising campaign for new equipment, which is aiming to raise $2 million this year.
That includes various equipment for day-to-day use, as well as new lasers for the Ophthalmology unit, a new ultrasound machine, new hospital beds and new tools for the operating rooms.
