A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the young son, of a former Belleville Bull, who was killed in a recent car crash.
Goaltender John Chartrand died on July 7th, when his car rammed into the back of a transport truck on Highway 401, near Highway 404.
The account has been set up to help with a college fund for his son Chace and you can click here to make a donation.
Chartrand played with Belleville during the 2011-2012 season and also spent time with the Niagara Ice Dogs and Barrie Colts, before moving on to Nipissing University.
Visitation is being held Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Bernardo Funeral Home in Toronto (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 11-2 p.m.
