The new commanding officer of 429 Transport Squadron is no stranger to CFB Trenton.
Lieutenant-Colonel Bryce Graham has taken over the “Bisons” during a change of command ceremony, marking his third posting with the squadron, responsible for a wide range of air transport roles.
Lieutenant-Colonel Graham was part of the first CC-177 Globemaster 3 pilot group in 2007, flying in support of the Afghanistan mission and also served as the 429 Deputy Commanding Officer in 2015.
Among his accomplishments, Lieutenant-Colonel Graham was selected for an exchange program with the US Air Force in 2010, flying the Globemaster with a squadron in Washington.
The new CO says he’s humbled to be selected for the job and he, his wife and kids are looking forward to reuniting with the 429 Squadron family.
