Northumberland County OPP, fire, and ambulance personnel are on the scene of a single vehicle accident on County Road 21, near Shiloh Road.
Reports indicate a young man has been killed.
Traffic is being diverted around the scene. The accident happened after 6 this morning (Wednesday).
Northumberland County Road 21 is northwest of Brighton, not far north of the 401.
