Traffic Stop – Belleville Ontario
On 28 October 2016 at 10:14 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on North Front Street. The vehicle was driving erratically. Investigation revealed the driver, a 26 year-old Belleville man had been consuming alcohol. The driver was issued a 3 day suspension and a couple of Provincial Offence notices for his efforts.
Domestic –Belleville Ontario
On 28 October 2016 at 3:40 p.m., police attended a residence in the north end of the City regarding a domestic situation. Investigation revealed an assault had taken place. A 33 year male was arrested and charged with one count of assault. He was later released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in mid-November. The were no injuries to report.
