The two men said to be involved in a string of thefts from vehicles in Rednersville over the weekend will remain behind bars for another week.
On Saturday, Prince Edward OPP were called to a residence on County Road 3, after a homeowner confronted the suspects and an altercation ensued.
According to police both the homeowner and one of the suspects received minor injuries.
Charged with one count each of robbery and possession of property obtained by crime are 41-year-old Norman Richard Walsh of no fixed address and 24 year old David Bronson Hennessey of Belleville.
Both men appeared in Belleville court Monday and were remanded back into custody until September 6.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending.
