A major step on Wednesday in the Build Belleville project of a new bridge at the CP Rail Overpass and Dundas Street West reconstruction.
In the early hours of Wednesday morning construction crews will begin pouring the deck for the new bridge over the CP tracks at Bay Bridge Road. Deputy Director of engineering Ray Ford tells Quinte News the work starts at 4 a.m.

He says there’s still plenty of work to complete on the bridge.
Ford says he doesn’t expect any of this work to have an impact on traffic, except more trucks in the area.
The old bridge will be removed once that new bridge is completed.
