A Campbellford man has been charged with defrauding a Peterborough Company.
Tri-Land Environment Services employed a man as a driver, but became suspicious after finding discrepancies with the company credit card and other paperwork..
Peterborough City Police determined the driver defrauded his employer out of more than ten-thousand dollars between March, 2008 and January of this year by fraudulently using the credit card and falsifying invoices. Forty-three-year-old Brian Tippett was charged with fraud over five-thousand dollars.
