A Napanee man has been charged with impaired driving in connection with a traffic accident in Kingston.
A car hit a hydro pole on Princess Street near the Ambassador Hotel. No one was injured. Nineteen-year-old Ken Reitinger-Gill was charged by Kingston Police with impaired and driving with more than the legal concentration of alcohol in his system.
