An arrest has been made in a New Year’s morning assault in Brighton.
Donna Phillips of Brighton suffered facial injuries when she was attacked by one of two women she had had words with while they were walking on Main Street at Division Street just shortly after midnight on January first.
Phillips was knocked to the ground and some money and other items were taken. As a result of the investigation, 20 year old Katrina Foote of Trenton was arrested by Northumberland O-P-P and charged with Robbery with theft. She was held for a bail hearing.
