Hallowell Ward councillor Richard Parks will stand for re-election in this year’s municipal election in Prince Edward County.
Parks, one of two councillors in Hallowell, filed his nomination papers yesterday for the October vote.
He joins fellow councillors Ray Best, John Thompson and newcomer Jamie Forrester as councillor candidates. Councillor Sandy Latchford is, so far, the only nominee for mayor.
