A 21 year old Stirling man is charged with impaired driving after getting caught at a ride program north of Belleville. City Police and Center Hastings OPP were conducting a joint forces RIDE program on Highway 62 and charged the young man with Operating a Motor Vehicle with more than 80mgs of alcohol in his blood. His vehicle was impounded and licence suspended for 90 days.
