A Quinte West murder suspect has been arrested in Nova Scotia.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police took 37-year-old Marcus Wilson of Quinte West into custody at a truck stop near Port Hawkesbury early this morning.
He is wanted for first degree murder in the death of 36-year-old James Read, also of Quinte West. Read died at Trenton Memorial Hospital on Sunday, a short time after he was discovered outside a home that he and Wilson lived in on Regina Crescent at C-F-B Trenton.
A post mortem conducted on Read’s body yesterday indicates he died as a result of stab wounds. Wilson will be returned to Quinte West.
