An exotic visitor to Belleville was arrested for his own protection at an uptown motel.
City police arrested a 27-year-old from the Yukon Territory last night around 10:00 p.m.
Police were called to the North Front Street motel after the man was seen allegedly kicking in the door to a vacant room.
He was arrested under the Liquor Licence Act and charged with mischief.
