People not wanting to pay their bills were a common complaint for Belleville Police overnight.
Police say the first incident happened around 12:15 a.m. when they were called to a north end bar for an alleged case of “transportation fraud”.
A 23-year-old Aurora man was arrested under the Liquor License Act for his own protection.
A few minutes later, police were called to a north end restaurant where a 24-year-old Thunder Bay man said he was unable to pay for his steak dinner and drinks.
Police arrested that man for “food fraud”.
