A baby in a stroller was at the centre of a very public domestic dispute in Belleville. City Police responded, late yesterday morning, to a disturbance on Pinnacle Street after a woman, who lives outside the city was grabbed by a man as she was headed to the bus terminal. The suspect aggressively grabbed the woman and tried to remove the young child from the stroller when a witness came to her rescue. The suspect wasn’t to communicate with the woman. A 23 year old man is charged with assault, uttering threats, mischief and breach of probation.
