A fire in a ceiling fan is reponsible for the evacuation of a rental home in east-end Belleville. Senior Fire Prevention Officer Dave McMullen says the crews responded, overnight, when the fire started in a bathroom ceiling fan at 241 Foster Avenue. Damage is estimated at betweeen 5-and-10 thousand dollars. No one was injured in the fire.
