Bad wiring caused the fire at Trenton Dry Cleaners early Sunday morning. Quinte West Fire Chief John Whalen says the wiring was 1960’s vintage. The fire caused 400 thousand dollars damage to the cleaners, but only minor smoke and water damage to the veterinarians offices next door. None of the animals there were injured.
