A former M-P-P and sheep farmer is appealing Prince Edward County’s new Minimum Distance Separation Policy to the Ontario Municipal Board.
Gary Fox of Bloomfield disagrees with the restrictions the amendment to the county’s official plan will put on development.
County council approved the policy in May after almost a year of debate and study.
No date has yet been set for an O-M-B hearing.
